Baustudio is a small friendly team of talented individuals based in Bewdley, West Midlands, our strengths within the team include organisational and management skills; creative architectural and interior design skills; technical skills and specification expertise; computer generated image (CGI) skills, Building information modelling skills (BIM) and Virtual Reality (VR) capabilities.
Baustudio has emerged from Richard Johnson Associates Architects – drawing on John Shakeshaft and Richard Johnson’s 40 years of experience in the construction industry and founded on RJA’s 20 years of reliable, trustworthy, professional service to clients. Baustudio has a network of repeat clients who recognise their ability to deliver high quality designs that meet with client demands and expectations.
Our projects
Commercial
Our commercial experience varies from bespoke retail fit-outs to shopping malls, reinvigorating high streets, large scale residential redevelopment and shopping centre regeneration, new factories to suit industrial processes, offices and airport work.
Residential
We have experience in designing tailor made new build homes, extensions to meet the needs of changing families and home renovations to breath new life into homes.
No project is too big or too small, every project is different, our main objective is to work with our clients to achieve their aspirations.
Educational
We work with schools managers and teachers to provide new facilities to meet new educational needs. Our experience varies from designs for new 6th forms, state of the art stem centres, chemistry and physics research laboratories to the relocation of a boiler.
Community
We engage with communities to create places and spaces for all people within the community. We have helped diverse communities to provide function spaces, worship spaces, places to meet, a new fire station headquarters, Safeside Safety learning environment, new community housing and helped regenerate and masterplan derelict areas.
