Project Brief: Convert The Old Fire Station, Lancaster Circus a former Grade 2 listed HQ of West Midlands Fire Service and Station into student accommodation. The scheme won Channel 4’s Great British Buildings Restoration of the Year in 2017 in the 20th Century Category. It also won RICS Innovation through Design Award and their Conservation Award.

Line Of Duty fans will recognise this as one of the filming locations used throughout the series.
